Two COVID-19 Cases Detected at Gaddachouki Checkpoint in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur, Jan 18: On Thursday, two individuals returning from Nainital, Uttarakhand, India, to Bardia tested positive for COVID-19 at the Gaddachouki checkpoint in Kanchanpur. The confirmation came during the antigen testing of 41 individuals.

Prem Singh Bhandari, the in-charge of the health desk at Gaddachouki, reported that the two infected individuals, after receiving counseling, were directed to observe home isolation. The health authorities are actively monitoring and managing the situation at the checkpoint.
