Kathmandu, Mar 2: Nepal’s cricket team is gearing up for an exciting showdown as they prepare to participate in a T20 triangular series hosted by Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Cricket Association has officially announced the tournament, which will feature Nepal, Hong Kong, and Papua New Guinea, scheduled to be held from March 9 to 13.

The tournament’s schedule is packed with thrilling matches, with Nepal facing off against Hong Kong on March 10 and two matches scheduled for March 12. The first match on March 12 will see Nepal take on Papua New Guinea, followed by a clash between Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea.

The climax of the triangular T20 series will occur on March 13 with the highly anticipated final match. Additionally, the team that misses out on the final will have the opportunity to compete against Hong Kong A for the third-place playoff.

Adding to the excitement, cricket enthusiasts can anticipate an electrifying prelude to the series as Hong Kong and Nepal will engage in the Friendship Cup on March 9.
