Kathmandu, Feb 22: Al Nassr faced a 3-2 defeat against Al Ittifaq in their latest Saudi Pro League match.
Georginio Wijnaldum scored twice for Al Ittifaq, while Mohamed Al Fatile netted one for Al Nassr. Ayman Yahya and Mohamed Al Fatile each contributed a goal for Al Nassr, but their efforts fell short.
Adding to their troubles, Al Nassr’s John Duran received a red card in injury time. This marks Al Nassr’s third loss of the season, leaving them with 44 points from 21 games and placing them fourth in the league. Meanwhile, Al Ittifaq sits in eighth place with 28 points from 21 matches.
