Kathmandu, January 22. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tesla Inc, Billionaire Elon Musk through his official Twitter handle announced that his company will offer USD 100 million for the development of the best technology to capture carbon dioxide emissions.
Musk’s tweeted “Am donating $100M towards a prize for best carbon capture technology,”.
According to Musk, the contest is meant to encourage more-innovative carbon-capture technologies that cut emissions rather than taking out of the air.
