Kathmandu, November 19. The International Organization for Migration on Friday announced that more than 1 million Afghan refugees have returned back to their homes from neighboring countries.

The official release stated that more than a million migrants returning back from Iran and Pakistan are burdened by debts and are in “urgent need of support”.

As winter is approaching, international organizations including the United Nations and IOM are working hard to support the returnees.
