Kawasoti Tax Office collects 7.5 billion revenue; 2 billion more than target

Kathmandu, December 9. In the first four months of the current fiscal year, the Inland Revenue Office in Kawasoti collected Rs 1.95 billion more revenue than its target.
Tax officer Amrit Adhikari told reporters that the office had a target of collecting Rs 5.81 billion excise duty till mid-November. The collection exceeded by 33.52 percent with a total collection of Rs 7.76 billion in the same period.
