Kathmandu, May 27. Renu Dahal, newly elected mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City met with an accident on Friday.
Her car crashed onto a pole near Staff College at Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. She is in Kathmandu to visit her mother.
She got minor injuries on her head due to the accident, which was treated in Sumeru Hospital. Her husband Arjun Pathak and sister Ganga Dahal accompanied her. They have escaped any kind of injury.
