Chitwan, March 19. A Royal Bengal tiger has been found dead in a community forest in Kalika Municipality-7 in Chitwan district.
The endangered big cat of around six years of age was found dead near Padampur Community Forest on Saturday, Information Officer of Division Forest Office Bal Krishna Khanal told reporters.
It is suspected that the tiger may have died as a result of poisoning, Khanal said.
