Kathmandu. The government has planned to appoint spokesperson of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Joint Secretary Bharat Raj Poudyal to the post of secretary of MoFA. The appointment will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of Shanker Das Bairagi to chief secretary of Nepal Government.
As per the provision, the Promotion Committee has to propose to the Cabinet of Ministers first. The news source claims that the upcoming meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers will work to promote senior joint secretary of Foreign Service Poudyal to the post of secretary of MoFA.
