Katappa Fame Satyaraj to Play Villain in Salman Khan’s New Film ‘Sikandar’
Kathmandu, May 29: South Indian actor Satyaraj, famous for his role as Katappa in the ‘Baahubali’ franchise, has joined the cast of Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Sikandar’. Satyaraj will portray the villain in this highly anticipated movie, directed by AR Murugadoss.
In a recent interview, Satyaraj confirmed his involvement in ‘Sikandar’ and expressed excitement about playing the antagonist opposite Salman Khan. This collaboration marks another significant role for Satyaraj in a major film project.
Earlier this month, on May 9, the production team made another exciting announcement: Rashmika Mandanna has been cast as the female lead opposite Salman Khan. This film will be the first time Salman and Rashmika share the screen.
‘Sikandar’ will be directed by AR Murugadoss, known for his successful films like ‘Ghajini’ and ‘Holiday’. The film is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, who has a history of delivering hits with Salman, including ‘Judwaa’, ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’, and ‘Kick’. The movie is slated for release on Eid next year.
Salman Khan and AR Murugadoss have previously collaborated on the 2014 film ‘Jai Ho’, where Murugadoss served as the writer. Fans are eagerly awaiting this new venture, which promises to bring thrilling performances and an engaging storyline.
