India Announces U-19 Squad for England Tour; Ayush Mhatre Named Captain

Kathmandu, May 22: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Under-19 cricket team for the upcoming tour of England, with Ayush Mhatre leading the squad as captain.

The tour includes five One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and one multi-day match, along with practice games.

Abhigyan Kundu has been named vice-captain, while Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who has impressed in the IPL, has also been included in the lineup.

The full squad includes:
Ayush Mhatre (C), Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Vihan Malhotra, M Chawda, Rahul Kumar, Abhigyan Kundu (VC), Harvansh Singh, Kanishka Chauhan, Khilan Patel, Henil Patel, Gundhav, Praghajit Innan, Aditya Rana, and Amoljit Singh.

The team’s final match against England is scheduled for July.
