Kathmandu, June 13: Iran launched approximately 100 drones targeting Israel on Friday morning, significantly escalating regional tensions.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that most of the drones are still in the air and their defense systems are actively monitoring the situation.
Following the attack, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared that Israel must face severe punishment and warned that Iran’s military forces would retaliate firmly.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry also issued a strong statement, emphasizing that Iran’s armed forces are fully prepared to defend the nation’s sovereignty and will not hesitate to take appropriate action if required.
