Mumbai, Jul 7: Bollywood actors Bobby Deol and Ranveer Singh are coming together for a major advertising project, creating buzz across the industry. The high-budget commercial, reportedly worth over Rs 1,000 crore, is being directed by Atlee, known for the blockbuster film Jawan.

Ranveer Singh will once again be seen in his popular role as Captain Ching, a character previously featured in widely recognized commercials. Bobby Deol will join him as a powerful villain in a style reminiscent of Ranveer’s ‘Khilji’ look, adding even more intensity to the ad.

The commercial will also feature actor Rajpal Yadav and actress Srileela. The makers have promised a fresh storyline and a new concept, aiming to top their earlier campaigns. Shooting began on Tuesday at Mahboob Studios in Mumbai and is expected to wrap up within five days.

This collaboration is also tied to popular local Chinese brands, and the team has been filming product-based advertisements as part of the project. Ranveer and director Atlee are reportedly aiming to replicate the box office success of Jawan, which grossed over Rs 1,000 crore in 2023.

Atlee is currently also working on a big-budget film with Allu Arjun, and managed to squeeze in this ad shoot after completing the first schedule of that film. Srileela, who had appeared alongside Pushpa Raj in the song Kasik from Pushpa, will be featured again in this latest commercial.
