Nepal to Compete in First-Ever Women’s Blind T20 World Cup

Kathmandu, Oct 25: Nepal’s Blind Women’s Cricket Team is set to participate in the inaugural Women’s Blind Twenty20 World Cup, which will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka.

According to the Nepal Blind Cricket Association (NBA), this marks the first time in history that a Women’s World Cup is being held for blind cricket. The tournament will run from November 11 to 23, featuring teams from Nepal, India, Australia, USA, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and England.

Nepal will kick off their campaign against Sri Lanka in the opening match of the tournament. They will later face India, England (November 15), and the USA, with all these matches taking place in India.

The team will then travel to Sri Lanka to play Australia (November 18) and Pakistan before the final match on November 23 in Colombo.
