Kathmandu, Mar 6: Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Rajunath Pandey has won the House of Representatives seat from Kathmandu-3, defeating Ujjaya Nepal Party Chairman Kulman Ghising.
According to the final results, Pandey secured 18,757 votes while Ghising received 11,171 votes. Nepali Congress candidate Ramesh Aryal obtained 6,000 votes, and CPN-UML candidate Rameshwor Phuyal received 3,816 votes.
Similarly, another CPN-UML candidate, Niraj Lama, managed to secure 518 votes.
