Ronaldo makes an excellent comeback by scoring 2 goals
Kathmandu. Portugal’s star player Cristiano Ronaldo has made an excellent comeback in his post-COVID-19 game on Sunday against Spezia Calcio. Juventus F.C. beat Spezia with a score of 4-1, in which 2 goals were hit by Ronaldo, one each by Alvaro Morata and Adrien Rabiot. With the win, Juventus is in second place with 12 points in 6 games.
Ronaldo had tested positive for the virus on October 13, a day before Juventus’s match against Sweden in Lisbon. After 19 days of self-isolation, he was finally released on Saturday.
He has till date played a total of 201 matches for his country at the junior and senior level. He was recently listed by Forbes magazine as the second highest-earning footballer of 2020, after Lionel Messi, with an annual income of 117 million US dollars.
