Kathmandu. Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra has called on Chief Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi today. Ambassador Kwatra had arrived at Singhadurbar at 12:40 pm to meet Chief Secretary Bairagi.
They had a meeting for about half an hour. It has not been disclosed, however, what the discussion had been about.
