Kathmandu, December 27. The National Assembly session has been called for January 1, 2021. President Bidya Devi Bhandari, on the advice of the Council of Ministers, called for a session on January 1 at 4 pm.
As the House of Representatives has been dissolved, this time, only the session of the National Assembly has been called. The House of Representatives was dissolved by Prime Minister Oli, citing internal disputes of Nepal Communist Party (NCP). Currently, there is a case against the dissolution of the House of Representatives in the Supreme Court and there are demonstrations organized in the streets.
