Minor blast near Israeli Embassy in Delhi; Envelope recovered from blast site

The explosion occurred exactly 29 years from the establishment of full diplomatic relations between Israel and India.
Kathmandu, January 30. A minor explosive device was detonated near the Israeli Embassy in Central Delhi at around 5 pm on Friday. Windows of 3 cars were shattered and no injuries had been reported.
