Ukraine Rejects US Proposal for Critical Minerals Deal
Kathmandu, Feb 21: Ukraine has turned down a US proposal that would have increased American access to its critical mineral resources. White House National Security Adviser Mike Waltz suggested that Ukraine provide the US access to rare earth minerals, such as lithium and titanium, in exchange for financial aid or as compensation for past support.
