Kathmandu. Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Vice President Bamdev Gautam’s name has been nominated for the membership of National Assembly by the government. The meeting of the Council of Ministers on Monday collectively decided to suggest his name to the President, according to a minister who attended the meeting. The seat had fallen vacant after Dr. Yubaraj Khatiwada completed his tenure. If Gautam is nominated by the President, then his tenure will be of six years.
