Kathmandu. Senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal’s faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has been dissatisfied over the decision of appointing envoys to different countries, including the US and Great Britain, by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. Nepal’s disappointment is over the fact that they had decided to make political appointments after the discussion within the party previously, but the decision had been overruled.

Senior leader Nepal has apprehended the possibility of the decision to be jointly made by the chair duo of NCP. News source close to Nepal told that Nepal has talked on the matter with NCP Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

Of late, NCP Chair and PM KP Oli and another Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ have been meeting daily at Baluwatar. This has made leader Nepal more suspicious.

“There is a tradition of accepting the chair duo’s decision as the party’s decision. They might have come upon a plan and the government had acted upon it,’ he said little alarmingly.

Earlier, when the dispute had culminated in the party, a 6-member task force had been formed under party General Secretary Bishnu Poudel.  The task force had suggested that political appointments be made by the government after discussions with the party.
