Kathmandu. Miley Cyrus has announced her seventh album Plastic Hearts. It will be released on November 27 and will include 12 original songs along with her recent single “Midnight Sky” and her recent live covers of Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” and the Cranberries’ “Zombie.”
In her message on social media, she tells that she started on the album two years ago. In 2018, however, the Wolsey wildfires that raged across California burned down Cyrus and her then-husband Liam Hemsworth’s home and destroyed everything including her journals and computer that contained the music.
“No one checks an ego like life itself. Just when I thought the body of work was finished it was all erased, including most of the music’s relevance because everything had changed.” she wrote.
Cyrus is releasing a new album after a three-year interval. Younger Now, her latest album was released in 2017.
