Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who recently met with Chief of the Indian intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Samant Kumar Goel, has been heavily criticized for using a map of Nepal without Limpiyadhura in it.

The government had previously issued a new map that included the Nepali lands encroached by India. The map had been introduced by amending the constitution. However, the main opposition party in Nepal has raised questions after Prime Minister Oli used an old map in the stamp used to greet a happy Dashain.

Nepali Congress spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma expressed resentment over the use of the old map by the Prime Minister, commenting that it could not be considered a simple mistake. He also questioned Prime Minister Oli on the matter, tweeting on if there would be an effort made to rightfully own the land as in the map passed by the Parliament, or would the territory be relinquished under his leadership.
