Women Entrepreneurship Center comes into operation
Bharatpur. A woman entrepreneurship center has started its operation in Chitwan. It is named as ‘Saraswati Women Entrepreneurial Training Center’ and is located at Bharatpur Metropolitan City-21, Parvatipur.
Bharatpur Metropolitan City had provided NRs. 2.5 million, along with the women’s group that gave NRs. 700 thousand for the construction of the center. The amount required for the construction came to a total of NRs. 3.2 million. During the inauguration ceremony, Renu Dahal, the Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City stated that, “Only entrepreneurship can enrich the family and society, so everyone must come together to increase productivity through modern technology skills.”
The Mayor was affirmative regarding any support needed to increase productivity and employment in this sector. Ward President Chitra Sen Adhikari, said that the newly constructed center will be useful to learn new skills. The Chairperson of the group, Divya Sharma relayed information on the budget and activities of the group.
