Prime Minister Oli and his wife receive tika from President Bhandari

Kathmandu. According to the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s Press Advisor Surya Thapa, the Prime Minister and his wife, Radhika Shakya received tika from President Bidya Devi Bhandari.
Previously, a large number of people used to receive tika and jamara from the President, however, this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, only Prime Minister Oli and his wife went to receive the tika. Similarly, the Prime Minister also has put tika and jamara to his wife only.
This year, many people have celebrated Dashain in their own homes. As can be seen on the various social media platforms, the public has celebrated the festival with close family members and have not visited their relatives due to COVID-19.
