NCP Secretariat meeting concludes, to be held again on November 28

Kathmandu. The Secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has concluded today with a decision to hold the meeting again on November 28. NCP Chair and PM Oli is expected to present a proposal in the next meeting.The meeting was conducted at the prime minister’s official residence in Baluwatar

Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha said that that the problem will be resolved after discussing upon the proposals submitted by Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and PM Oli.

Earlier, PM Oli had decided not to take part in the meeting responding to the political report presented by fellow Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ in the previous secretariat meeting. The report made several serious accusation on PM Oli.

Later, however, PM Oli said that he would give answers and clarifications to all the allegations in the secretariat meeting itself, news source close to the prime minister said.

The meeting has also decided to call the meeting of the permanent committee on December 3, and the meeting of the central committee on December 10.

The meeting was attended by NCP Chair and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Executive Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal, senior leaders Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal, Deputy Chair Bam Dev Gautam, General Secretary Bishnu Paudel, Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokhrel, Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa and spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha.
