Kathmandu. President Bidya Devi Bhandari approved two ordinances on Sunday as recommended by the Council of Ministers.
According to national News Agency (RSS), a press statement released by the President’s Office mentions the newly-authenticated ordinances as Amendment to Some Acts against the Sexual Violence Ordinance 2077 BS and Social Security (First Amendment) Ordinance 2077 BS.
The President authenticated the ordinances in accordance to the Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
