Kathmandu, Dec 31 : The winter  session of the National Assembly is being held from Friday. On the recommendation of the government, President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called the convention for 4 pm on Friday.

The session of the National Assembly is starting for the first time after the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

General Secretary of the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament Dr. Bharat Raj Gautam has made the agenda public.

According to him, nine possible agendas have been fixed for Friday.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has set an agenda to introduce an ordinance on the Constitutional Council. Similarly, Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ has an agenda to introduce three agendas namely, Acid and other Chemical substances Regulation Ordinance, Nepal Police, State Police Ordinance and Social Security Ordinance.

Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Lila Nath Shrestha also has an agenda to introduce some ordinances.
