Kathmandu, Jan 1 : The winter session of the National Assembly, the upper house of the federal parliament, has begun today. The session was convened today by President Bidya Devi Bhandari. Chairperson of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina read out the information regarding the starting of the winter session at the beginning of the meeting. Members of different parties have begun to address the meeting.
