Kathmandu, January 24. The issue against the dissolution of the House of Representatives is being debated in the Constitutional Bence. Debate has been going on in the Constitutional Bench on behalf of the petitioner since last week.
Debating on behalf of the petitioner last Friday, the advocates had said that the issue should not be viewed only politically and also a serious analysis should be done from a constitutional point of view.
After the issue raised that the dissolution of the House of Representatives Gazette should be published, Attorney General Agni Prasad Kharel had submitted a copy of the gazette. As debate elongated, each person was given only 30 minutes.
