Sarlahi, January 24. The proprietor of Annapurna Sugar Mill Rakesh Agrawal has been out of contact for some days.
“So far, the mill has paid Rs 111 million dues to the sugarcane farmers, the mill is yet to clear Rs 170 million,” said Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh Rathaur.
“The blocked bank account of Agrawal has Rs 17 million. The payment has yet to take place as he has gone out of contact,” said Chief District Officer Surendra Poudel.
