Elon Musk receives threats regarding cryptocurrency tweets
The person has been identified as 'Anonymous' and has claimed that Musk's tweets for cryptocurrency has destroyed lives
Kathmandu, June 8. An individual named as ‘Anonymous’ has posted a three minute and forty seven second video which has threatening messages for Elon Musk.
Anonymous has claimed that Musk, through his tweets on cryptocurrency on social media platforms have destroyed lives.
The video, which was published on June 5, managed to garner over a million views within 24 hours. Anonymous, who says that he represents a group of hackers, said, “It seems that the games you have played with the crypto markets have destroyed lives and show a clear disregard for the average working person.”
He also says, “You may think you are the smartest person in the room, but now you have met your match. We are Anonymous! We are legion. Expect us.”
Musk did not address the video but has tweeted through his Twitter handle: “Don’t kill what you hate, save what you love.”
The video was posted through an account named YourAnonNews, which was active since September 2011 with 5.9 million followers. However, another account with the same name and 6.7 million followers have denied their involvement in the video.
