US Helping Hand donates essential supplies to Siraha hospital

Kathmandu, June 12. Michigan-based humanitarian organization Helping Hand has provided hospital supplies to a temporary COVID-19 hospital in Golbazar municipality of Sihara.

Chief of Helping Hand Nepal, Jeeba Pokharel told RSS that the supplies included 129 medical equipment such as electronic bed, ICU bed, ECG bed and other health essentials.

Earlier on May 7, Helping Hand Nepal handed over oxygen cylinders, PPE kits, sanitizers, surgical gloves and masks, worth Rs 3 lakhs to the Golbazaar municipality.

Golbazaar Mayor Devnath Shah thanked the organization for the assistance and said that the municipal corporation is planning to build a local Trauma Centre after the pandemic.
