Russia ready to talk but won’t stop targeting Ukrainian military

Kathmandu, March 3. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that Moscow is ready to hold talks with Kyviv. But he also added that the Russian military won’t stop target the Ukrainian military.
He said that the Russian side has submitted their demands to Kyviv and are waiting for their response in talks scheduled for Thursday.
Lavrov further added that the West had continuously been training Ukrainian army, which posed as a threat for Russian security.
