Government permits 38 teams to climb Everest this spring

Kathmandu, April 27. The Department of Tourism on Wednesday released a report in which it is stated that the authority has given permission for 109 teams to scale Nepali mountains this spring season.
According to the report, a total of 38 teams comprising 876 members received permission for the Mt. Everest expedition. Many of the teams have already reached the base camp and are waiting for the ascend.
Similarly, 4 teams are allowed to climb Mt. Annapurna, 4 teams for Mt. Nuptse and 4 teams for Mt. Makalu and 2 teams for Dhaulagiri.
