MP Mahat: “Three hours given to express anger but only three minutes to speak for issues of Karnali”

Kathmandu, May 28. CPN (Maoist) Member of Parliament Gajendra Bahadur Mahat has expressed his dissatisfaction in the House of Representatives(HoR) meeting on Saturday.
Mahat expressed his displeasure that issues of Karnali were not a matter of prior for the parliament. He said that there is three hours to speak out one’s anger but only three minutes to express concerns of Karnali.
He further handed over a lock and a key and said that the members of parliament can lock it. Mahat said while all others can speak until they wish, they can lock and unlock as per their wish and then only provide a chance for him.
Moreover, Mahat added his displeasure over the use of some words by other speakers. He also raised concern for Karnali adding that priority should be shifted to the agricultural sector.
