Kathmandu, Jul 28: Nepali swimmer Duwana Lama has been eliminated from the heat stage of the Paris Olympics 2024. Competing in the 200m freestyle event on Sunday, Lama completed the prescribed distance in two minutes and 20.74 seconds, finishing last in her heat of seven competitors.
Duwana Lama participated in the Paris Olympics through a wild card entry. Despite her best efforts, her performance in the heat stage was not enough to advance to the next round.
