Real Madrid Stuns Manchester City with Last-Minute Comeback Win

Kathmandu, Feb 12: Real Madrid secured a dramatic 3-2 victory over Manchester City in the first leg of the Champions League play-offs on Wednesday morning.

At Etihad Stadium, Kylian Mbappe, Brahim Diaz, and Jude Bellingham scored for Real, while Erling Haaland netted both goals for City.

City took an early lead in the 19th minute with a goal from Haaland. Mbappe equalized in the 60th minute, but Haaland’s penalty in the 80th minute restored City’s lead at 2-1.

Real Madrid’s Diaz equalized shortly after in the 86th minute. In injury time, Bellingham scored the winner, sealing a thrilling 3-2 victory.

Real will carry the advantage into the second leg at home, boosting their hopes of progressing further in the Champions League.
