Kathmandu, May 4. Russia has banned entry of 63 Japanese citizens on Wednesday. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the list includes names of high officials including Japanese prime minister Fumio Kishida.
Further, the ministry said in a statement, “The administration of Kishida has launched an unprecedented anti-Russian campaign, allowing unacceptable rhetoric against the Russian Federation, including slander and direct threats.”
The statement said those public figures have been biased towards the perspective of Russia set by the West.
Media persons, public figures, ministers and even university professors have been banned for entry into Russia.
