Nepal to Participate in T20 Friendship Cup with Gujarat and Baroda Teams
Kathmandu, Feb 19: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced that Nepal will participate in the T20 Friendship Cup alongside India’s Gujarat and Baroda teams. The matches are scheduled to take place in Vapi, Gujarat, India.
This triangular series, scheduled from March 31 to April 7, is aimed at providing valuable preparation for the upcoming T20 Cricket World Cup.
As per the match schedule, Nepal will face Gujarat on March 31, followed by matches against both Gujarat and Baroda on April 1. On April 2, Nepal will play against Baroda, followed by another match against Gujarat on April 3. The matches continue with Baroda facing Gujarat on April 4, and Nepal taking on Baroda again on April 5. The top two teams will then compete in the final on April 7.
