Mother sentenced to 723 years in prison for sexually abusing her daughters
Kathmandu. The society that we live in believes that a criminal who commits a heinous crime will be punished for seven lives. A mother who planned the rape of her own daughter and step-daughter has been sentenced by a court to life in prison. The woman has actually received 7 lives worth of punishment for her crime as the court has sentenced her to a total of 723 years.
As per the reports of CBS, a US court has sentenced a woman named Lisa Marie Lesher to such a long prison term along with her husband, Michael Lesser, who is entitled to 438 years in prison in the same case. Judge Stephen F. Brown of Alabama’s Morgan County District Court handed down the sentence to Lisa and her husband, Michael.
Lisa charges were two counts of first-degree rape, four counts of first-degree sodomy, one count of first-degree sodomy, one count of sexual torture, and one count of first-degree sexual abuse. According to the reports, Lisa, along with her husband, sexually abused her daughter and step-daughter for many years. The case was first registered in 2007 and was reopened for the second time at the request of the victim.
