Pfizer volunteer elaborates its side-effects, urges others to get it
Kathmandu. The interim analysis of Pfizer witnessed the first 94 confirmed cases of COVID-19 among more than 43,000 volunteers showing more than 90% efficacy of the vaccine.
As per a Fox News report, Glenn Deshields volunteered for the vaccination trial upon hearing about the positive results extensively. He expressed being fairly certain about getting the vaccination, and not the placebo as he showed antibodies after getting the second injection.
Deshields describes that the side effects were more severe than he had expected as he had a headache along with fatigue and pain on the injection site for a few days after the first shot. The second shot however, was more subtle making the pain slightly muted. He recommended the vaccine and asserted that, “it’s just a vaccine and people shouldn’t be scared of it.”
