Kathmandu, Oct 19:  Qatar has successfully brokered an immediate ceasefire between Pakistan and Afghanistan during high-level talks held in Doha. In a statement, Qatar’s Foreign Ministry announced that both nations agreed to establish a mechanism to ensure lasting peace and stability along their shared border. Committees representing both sides will meet in Doha and Islamabad
