COAS in ‘Self Quarantine’
Kathmandu. Chief of Army Staff General Purna ChandraThapa is under self-quarantine for the second time on Sunday at his official residence. Nepali Army spokesperson Brigadier General Shantosh Ballave Poudyal told DC Nepal that the decision was made after a staff working in the kitchen of his official residence was diagnosed with the novel coronavirus infection
