Nepal Government bans import of non-essential goods

The imports have been banned for 10 items, including chips, mobile phones, cars among others
Kathmandu, April 27. Nepal Government has banned the import of luxury or non-essential goods. According to the list released by the Nepal Gazette, ten items have been banned for import. The ban will last until mid-July 2022, the end of this fiscal year. The items that are banned include chips and snacks(Lays, Kurkure), readymade liquor, readymade
