Snowfall Delights Sandakpur, Affects Normal Life
Mangalbare (Ilam), Dec 8: Snowfall has brought a winter wonderland to the Sandakpur area of upper Ilam. Local resident Lakpa Sherpa reported that snowfall occurred in Jaubari and Kaalpokhari areas of Sandakpur Rural Municipality, which shares a border with India.
