Kathmandu. NRN leader and Chair of  Khemlal-Harikala Foundation Jiba Lamichhane has informed that this year’s Padmashree Sadhana Samman and Padmashree Sahitya Puraskar have been called off. The decision was taken after both the awardees refused to accept the prizes. Sanjeev Uprety, who was receiving the Padmashree Sahitya Puraskar for his latest novel ‘Hansa’, said that
