Money rains in highway in Chile: Read on to find more
Kathmandu, October 22. A video of money raining on a highway in Chile has been viral in social media. It is related to a robbery that went wrong.
The thieves broke into a casino aiming to get whatever cash the property had. The thieves also threatened an employee with a firearm. Further, as the robbers tried to flee, police chased them.
As they made into Chile’s North Coastal Highway, they threw cash out of the vehicle to distract the police.
However, their plan did not work as police managed to catch them. Six people have been caught, all of them being foreign nationals. Two of them were residing in the country illegally.
Few onlookers got lucky as some of the money flew by towards them.
